Frittata is the perfect leftover dish! Use whatever you have in the fridge, fry with eggs and add some cheese for a tasty easy meal. Ready in minutes and faster than takeaway, it’s perfect for a snack, picnic or supper. This version with potato, chorizo, asparagus and goat cheese is a firm favourite in our home. Please preheat your oven to 180°C356°F

Cook the potatoes, slice the chorizo, chop asparagus steams.

  • Thyme -  10 g
  • Soft Goats Cheese -  150 g
  • Eggs -  8 unit(s)
  • Chorizo sausage -  100 g
  • Asparagus -  12 Unit(s)
  • Olive oil -  1 Tbsp
Ovenproof frying pan.
This dish is versatile, you can use whatever is available in the fridge, like broccoli instead of asparagus and any kind of cheese if you are not a fan of Goat's Cheese.
